Skydex Account Deletion

Skydex - Pixel Weather Dex is published by rakTech LLC / thatvirtualboy.

You can request deletion of your Skydex account and associated account data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Skydex.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Account section.
  4. Choose Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This removes your Skydex account from our authentication provider and deletes account data tied to your Skydex profile.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@raktech.app with the subject line Skydex account deletion request.

Please include the email address used for your Skydex account. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Data deleted

Account deletion removes data associated with your Skydex account, including:

  • Your Skydex account profile
  • Your friend code and friend relationships
  • Synced Dex progress associated with your account
  • Discovery and sighting location records associated with your account
  • Account sync records used to connect Skydex across devices

Data that may remain

Some data may remain outside the deleted account record:

  • Local Skydex data stored only on your device may remain until you delete the app or clear app data.
  • Anonymous or aggregate operational records may be retained when they cannot identify you.
  • Records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes may be retained only as long as necessary.

Account deletion requests are processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the request is verified.
